3H28 Door Switch
I used a door switch on my Tonneau Cover to turn the bed lights on and to hook the alarm up to the cover. The switch is self adjusting and has been pushed in too far. I believe the switch was the same one used on a 97 E-250 work van that I had. Can anyone help me with locating a replacement switch that is self adjusting on it's height?

Where did you find your first switch?
If this is just a standard door jamb pin switch any parts retailer should have a few. They're all pretty much self-adjusting intended to be installed as received, close the door and they're adjusted correctly to make contact when extended once again by opening the door.
If that's not the type switch you're talking about please post a photo of your existing part.
