Has anyone dealt with these people before? Im trying to get them to send me new ballasts because their kit has gone out on me within 2 months..

No luck getting ahold of these people and the online support just stops responding...

Ideas or fixes??

 

Unfortunately this is an issue with some of the less well known companies. If it falls through I would suggestwww.theretrofitsource.com as a very respectable company.

They have a h13 bixenon kit, however I would suggest projectors if you make the switch to HIDs to be able to properly aim the bulbs.

A cursory search on Google with "hidkitxenonlights.com problems" brought back a lot of people complaining about them. Defective products, refusal to honor warrantees, getting the runaround from customer service, etc. I hope you used a credit card so you can start working on getting them charged back, and a refund.

I second that. I've installed their morimoto H1 projectors in several vehicles and it is money well worth it. By far, the nicest aftermarket HID systems on the market.

 

Sounds like a typical Chinese HID company.

Guess I'm a bit late on the right company.

After mentioning dispute and chargeback they are sending me replacements..

When I do the full headlight projector kit should i do with the retrofit company? Do they do the full kit?

 

Since you already have the hid kit trs offers the conversion kit where they give you the projector and shroud I believe. If your not up to the actual retrofitting work there are companies like Lightwerkz or black flame customs that do the work for you or there's also black bird solutions that you can buy a pair of housings with the work already done.
