Well....of course it all depends on there overall condition (espicially the back side clips) and trim level. A plain black OEM set in great shape might be 50 to 100 for a set. And shipping is a factor, it makes for a big box.
If they are wood grain vinyl or have the chrome strip probably more. I pretty much gave a set of blue with the wood grain vinyl top part away for 80 bucks.
Here are some ideas on how to spruce up a plain ol set. The L/H one are all blue with some silver and black paint and a different colored arm rest. Or the ol tread plate overlay trick.
I usually take the standard LMC, Dc, JBG, NPD prices and cut it in half, to price my stuff, it also depends on if the part is reproduced. Dennis carpenter supposedly sales the best and his are $115 apiece but that includes the armrest and mounting clips.
Some folks might thing $25 for a set is a fair offer, lol it is not IMO. I just wanted to sale the blue ones, since they were spares.
And I useually let the guy wanting the part make an offer, that way he pays what he thinks it worth to him, most of the time I get a fair offer, and the deal is done, and I sale ALOT of parts.
thats really frustraiting that these restoration companys are selling garbage.
i was happy to see nearly every part being reproduced, but now its more like a mine field of good parts and crap parts, and without this forum and people already being disapointed, i would have to buymto find out it was garbage.
