hey all,
it's bin just over 2 years since l did any work on my merc(life sure does get in the way sometimes) not to long ago someone posted that speedway had the $7 flat rate shipping,figured this was a good time to get the front disc brakes done l order the complete kit(less master and booster).i had it shipped to Sweet grass Montana,this outfit gives Canadians a US address for shipping(very cool),they charged me $15 for the 2 boxes.funny thing is speedway wanted $73 to ship to my door,but i figured $7 flat rate sounded much better,yep it cost me just over $100 in gas to go get it in 60 mph blowing snow,next time i think it can come to me.
anyway the install was pretty straight forward,it took about 4 hrs start to finish.not bad but i think most of the part are offshore stuff but it worked.
