I've got alittle problem with my 88 F-150 Lariat right side window(electric) It all of sudden going up or down like a gear is stripped . My question is: Is it inside the motor housing ? Or is it something else any help would be helpful.

Could be a stripped gear. The gear kit is available and not too difficult to change. Pull the door panel, unbolt the motor from the regulator, change the gear, reinstall the parts you removed.

there is a dimple where you have to drill to get to the bolts ( or mine did ) then I swaped in the gears that my dealer GAVE me out of a motor they swaped out becouse the motoe went out . can easily be done in 1 1/2 to 2 hours
