How does your Raptor do on fuel. I am one that never really worries about fuel but I am just curious how it would compare to my wifes NAV. I would like to replace the NAV with one. I really like the looks.
should the piece of dodge be allowed to park inside?

The large majority of my friends have Ram trucks, so it's politically incorrect to say bad things about them other than in jest, also I do enjoy working on them because the engine bay is quite roomy. Say, the turbo is just RIGHT THERE not under a windshield cowl or under like 6 pipes.
Trent310 i knocked this mod out tonight! Works awesome! Going to order up some leds from superbright or vled this weekend.
One word if caution I'd like to add: if you try to install the light assembly when the front dome lights are on, the bcm will cut the power. It acts like a fuse popped. I chased my tail for an hour, checking fuses, diode direction, and polarity. Finally guessed it was the instant increase in amps that caused the bcm to trip. So i got in, closed the doors, hit the door lock on fob, waited for all interior lights to go out, then hooked up the rear light connector, hit the unlock button, TADAH!
OK. With sufficient force and a "lets just pull on it" attitude, it came out. Very interesting mounting method. Since you cannot get to the back two tabs (I eve tried a really thin butter knife), you just have to be diligent about working it down till they release.
Great mod and super quick (once the light fixture is out). LED's are on their way as well.
Just a flat blade tool on the 2 tabs that clip it in. After I pulled the clear dome off, those tabs were definitely accessible. Maybe your headliner cut out is a different shape? (unlikely...)
Finally did this mod yesterday, the pictures for placement and the way the diodes went work out great, hardest part I had was getting it back it back to the "floating" part between the headliner and roof, love the extra light.
