There is no way to test the EEC Computer.
You can look at the out puts to see if it is grounding them.
If they just ran a code check with a code reader and got a 11 on the KOEO test that will not tell you much.
If the fuel pumps are not running when you turn on the key you will not get the 11 in KOEO or in the CM scan for codes.
If you took it out the only way to test it is to put it in the same year and type of truck.
