2006 expedition

I found a clean one owner no accidents 06 expedition xlt.
Has 95,000 miles.

Is this a lot of miles for a 5.4?
Anything I should look for?

The mileage is good for the year it is. Look along the running boards for rust.

Also do the plastic side moldings fade?

Everything fades over time, including the moldings.

Ball joints on the 06's- are they a sealed or greasable
