I don't think anyone makes a kit, It would be easier to just take it to a muffler shop. I put duals on my 70 4x4, the passenger side was easy but the driver side was the pain cuz the transfer case is in the way.

Ok! What kind of muffle do you think sounds the best for a 390 engine?

Mufflers and sound quality are tooooo subjective. There is no "best". Do what is best for your budget and personal taste.

Compare btwn glasspacks, bullets, round tubes like Smithy's, or welded ovals like Flowmaster.

I bought all my exhaust stuff from summit racing, the mufflers i put on mine were dynomax turbo mufflers. It sounds good with my 360. I don't remember what the part number was on those though.

As note by HIO sounds even change with headers and size of pipes used!

I had Walker Turbos on my 360 and liked them but after putting Magnaflows on my Mercedes 560 I'm going with them on my 390 swap. But as mentioned it is a very subjective topic...
