Why are you YELLING?
Drop the all caps.

Give these guys a call and they can help you to identify it.
Once you know that you should be able to get anywhere.
One other note they are a site supporter and have very good pricing.

Sean

Trey has you covered.

Make sure you set your parking brake or the AIC won't work.
Actually, make sure your parking brake light comes on....that is what tells the PCM that your parking brake is set.

FYI,
If your truck has the 4R100 PTO transmission, then you really don't need the AIC anyway. All you have to do it add a switch to activate the PTO circuits that are already built into your truck.

The AIC module is nice and has some features such as Charge Protect, PTO Device enable and variable idle speed so it's worth having. However, if your module is bad and you merely need the high idle feature then a simple toggle switch will do the trick.

For your '03....find the wire under the dash that has 12v positive when the key is on (should be a white wire with blue tracer) and extend that wire to one side of your switch. Then find the PTO Circuit wire (light blue with yellow tracer), it will be in the wiring bundle heading to the DLC (Data Link Connector ODBII). There is a wire of the same color that runs to the AIC connector...don't grab it there....get it up higher like the photo shows. Extend the PTO wire to the other side of your toggle switch.

Shake and Bake has you covered on the cheap fix to your problem. I didn't have a pto tranny so this didn't work for me. You do. You can go the toggle way or a fellow FTEr found my AIC on craigslist with harness and mount for $100. You have to search a while, but there out there.
