Good buy?

I am trying to buy a 86 F-250 4x4 6.9L diesel with a 6" lift and 38.5 boggers with 63K miles. Could anyone tell me if this is a good buy for 6,500 and if not what it should go for, also is there a way to tell if it has 163K or 263K.
Thanks Dan.

it seems like a really good buy. You should be able to get him down to $5500 because of the year and motor. Also is it a TTB truck or solid axle? Anyway you be able to tell by wear and tear on the body and interior because these trucks show their wear and also by how well it runs is another way to tell and also on how much the guy is willing to come down in price.

Huh, i never heard of a diseal with the dana 44 TTB only the dana 50 ttb or a dana 60(is it a heavy duty? you can tell by what hubs cause if it has the 1/2 ton hubs then it isn't) If it has what you say it does then i would try and get him to come down in price to at least 5500-$5000.
