Hey Bill you did a great job on the 49 Willard !! What power steering pump did you use on the ps ? Your truck came out so sweet almost hate to see the body on it. lol again you sure know how to make every detail of your truck.

George ! used a GM Saginaw pump, which is what Jaguar used.

Thanks Bill ! One more thing it looks like you kept your cowl vent with the ac no interference with the vent and AC?

George,
My AC does not interfere with the cowl vent. I wanted both the vent and AC. I did not use one of the vendor offerings, I bought the evaporator/fan at a swap meet. IIRC it was an add on unit for a 70's Ford truck. You should start a new thread and ask who else has both the cowl vent and AC on a bonusbuilt and what they bought as a unit. If all else fails you can always do an under dash evaporator (like the early Mustang below the dash unit)

Good eyes, it is a casting mark (both sides).
