electrical problem

I have a 2001 f-250 4x4 crew cab, I have lost all electrical to cab lights, doors ,electrical switch to 4x4, all quit working checked all fuses all seem to be good even changed them to make sure still no power any help would be great,

You will need the electrical diagrams and a multimeter to troubleshoot this issue.

Just a wild guess, but to lose so many different electrical things at once makes me think of water leaking into the GEM from a bad windshield seal.

is it possible to bypass GEM with a different switch to power the 4 wheel switch?
