If I'm not mistaken, that trailer was never intended to actually carry a vehicle. I had a buddy several years ago that had maintenance contracts with several rental car companies in WNY. He had a similar unit that he pulled to the rental lots where he used it as a portable lift to do oil changes. If that is the same, it has a large suare waste tank next to the hydraulic controls for the lift.
That contraption looks way to scary to pull out of the driveway. On the other hand the post just above has a full sized truck on the ground level and a boat above. I can see that configuration working well.
