We're not too far away from painting the cab and doors on the '66 F100 we're restoring so we need to find an original style floor mat. Does anyone reproduce these?

Somebody else might correct me but I don't think anybody makes a "correct" reproduction of the rubber floor mat for our trucks. All the parts vendors sell "replacement" style one but for me they never fit/look right. I think several people have asked this same question through the years about finding NOS ones. I believe NumberDummy Bill has warned people to inspect NOS ones the find very closely because FORD rolled them all up in cardboard boxes. So if you find somebody selling a NOS one, you want them to unbox it, unroll it and send you pictures of the front and back before you purchase it because after 50 years, the are brittle and tear very easy. So buyer beware on purchasing one sight on seen. It took me 8 years to find a quility used one from a junk yard here in So.Cal that had little damaged compared to my old one that turned to dust after picking it up.
I looked a long time and did not find one to match the original tore up one I had to throw out. My original floor cover had a great logo, on the middle of the hump.
Also I learned the hard way there are multiple floors, some with higher center humps than others. I ended up havingto mail back a few that didn't fit.
One of the reasons I went with a Ranger equipped truck - so I can use carpets. I've found a couple of them NOS so far but I had the seller unroll as has been mentioned and decided against them. They crack from sitting all those years. Good luck!!
Myself as well for my other trucks. When I say cracked they really fell apart. Something about the rubber used - it has some issues after sitting so long. But, shop around. You may have better luck than everyone else.
I'm a bit color challenged, but that looks like a black mat with blue flecks. If so, the black mat with blue flecks for '66 F100 4x2 with automatic or 3 speed is C5TZ-8113010-AUAC.

I can't remember if it was black/blue or black/white. I think black/blue. There's gotta be a way to soften the rubber? I've heard of boiling VW swingaxle boots to soften them before stretching them over the bearing housings, but thats with newer rubber. It can't hurt...
So I googled it, seems there are a few ways to soften old dried up rubber. Soaking in silicone oil, boiling, boiling with wintergreen oil, and transmission stop-leak products will work to soften the rubber. It's worth a try on an otherwise unusable mat.

Softening would be one thing. The real problem for the ones in my trucks is the millions of micro-cracks already in the rubber. If anyone knows a place that molds rubber mats I would send them one of mine to reproduce.
I have noticed some of the Mustang And Torino trunk mats are close to some of these floor mat patterns! The company that makes these may be able to match up the pattern on something that would work and look pretty good for a floor mat.Google the trunk mat patterns for Ford and others,I was surprised!
Mine was pretty mint but fragile. I cleaned the underside with oven cleaner and attached sheets of vinyl with contact cement. The cracks closed up and stayed that way, although it was a lot less flexible.
I'd buy a new reproduction if one were available. Who's gonna make one?

Of course that would have been one that is completely intact. No mean feat to say the least. Most all have cracks where the mat bends to drops into the foot well area. Probably most all have little pieces missing here and there. Mine is original with the green flecks but is crisscrossed with cracks and missing pieces.
Oh, and forgetting all that it would be impossible to ship. These mats take on the contour of the floor and there is no way you can change that. You cannot flatten it, you cannot roll it and you certainly cannot fold it. Do that and say hello to many large pieces.
