Hey guys, was out to change my oil today, once I got the truck onto the ramps and pushed in the E-brake peddle I heard/felt the cable break. Secured the truck with chalks and crawled under. About a foot or so away from where the cable comes out from the black sleeve the cable was snapped. I was wondering what is involved in changing this myself? I will take a picture and post it for you guys to have a look. Thanks!
Sorry for the double post. I found out that the bracket in one of the pictures is what had failed. Replaced it, but now the peddle feels like it is not applying the E-brake. How do I adjust it? Thanks!
