I'm trying to get a better than factory turbo for my 95 f-350 I was wondering what some of you guys did? Or if there are any preferred brands of turbo to buy? I was told that my truck has a t flang turbo I'm trying to do some research on it but not finding much. Feedback would be greatly appreciated

Lots of great options for our trucks. What is your HP agoal? What's your budget? What are you looking to do with the truck? What supporting mods do you have?
The truck is completely stock. I was looking to build it up. I haven't really set a price limit yet. Because I'm more then content in saving up to buy something that is top notch and not just deal with something I can afford right now. Uhm I was going to ditch the factory intake and do a 6637 intake because I've only heard wonderful things about them. Uhm I was hoping to push as much hp and torque out of this truck as possible while Maintaining reliability. What I currently use the truck for right now is a daily driver and to haul cars and little jobs like that. When I go home it will be around the farm some. But mostly it's my personal truck that I just want to get more out of. And I was looking to you guys to tell me in which direction to deposit my money
Sky is the limit then. The only drop in turbo is the D66 which isnt much of an improvement. Most people suggest going to an S300 or S400 turbo which needs a T4 mount. They move a lot more air.
For injectors you dont want to overspin your turbo. S300 will handle stage 1/2's. For stage 3 hybrids you'll want an S400.
Now with that much fuel most guys opt to swap to an e-fuel system and add an intercooler to manage egt's. Anything around 40 psi of boost and you'll need headstuds, pushrods, and valve springs. Most of the combinations mentioned above will get you to 40 psi or better.
That's the fun part. Figuring out how far you want to push it .
Just start with the normal stuff first.
6637
3" downpipe
4"exhaust
Gauges boost, EGT
Chip with good tuning
That'll get you 60-70 hp more than what you got now.
Before you even start modding make sure the truck is in perfect running condition
Rick is spot on there. As far as intercooler, 6.0's are slightly bigger, but if it where me, I'd ****** the first deal you can find on c list or wrecking yard. You'll be looking at a bigger HPOP as well. And gauges if you don't have them. Hope you have 5-7k just burning a hole in your pocket! Lol
Intake, exhaust, T500 with a new IPR, injector de jure along the lines of an AC or what is referred to as a stage one, chip, electric fuel system, IC of choice, coolant filter, engine and transmission mounts, u-joints and carrier bearing (if applicable) , synthetic fluids for the rear end transfer case ( if applicable ) and transmission, brake system needs to be in top notch shape, poly spring bushings and a transmission rebuild if its an auto or an upgraded clutch if a manual will get you started. The turbo deal is a whole other can of worms. Oops forgot bellowed up pipes.
