head rest adjustment

Can anyone tell me how to adjust the head rests down on a 1992 F350?

I know it seems ridiculous but I can not get these things down for the life of me and the owners manual says nothing. Thanks

If there's no release I'm pretty sure they just push. Probably a spring loaded beveled pin. If they've been up for awhile the pin is probably stuck. So not so gentle pesuasion may be in order!
