Bumper Question?

What is the piece of trim? Chin spoiler? Splitter? I dont know what to call it, its the black piece at the bottom of the bumper. Anyway I need a new one. Two tabs have broken and I would like to replace it, however, im not sure what it would be called.

It's for aerodynamics. If yours is hanging then definitely fix or replace it, but if it can be fixed I would try that first
