mysterious shaking
Ok, So I have a 1987 f150 xlt lariat with a 5.0 with borg warner t18 tranny hooked up to it, recently I went to head out to the store and when i was driving out of my neighborhood I noticed whenever I up shifted into 4th the truck whould shake to hell and the shifter would shake violently and wouldnt rev past 3 grand it felt like I had almost no power . but when im at a stop light or when the truck is idling its just fine, it just shakes horribly and makes a clunking sound that sounds like its coming from the rear of the truck somewhere between 25-35 mph, I checked the u joints already and theres no play in the driveshaft, I recently changed the cap and rotor, plugs wires, and thermostat , belts hoses, and I put a new muffler on it Im completely stumped on this one because no matter what I try i cant get rid of the shaking 
. Im at my wits end on this one ! Anybody have any ideas what would be causing this ?
