UOA From CAT

here are my last 2 UAO from a local cat dealer. Cooling system was pressurized to 15 psi from 15 mins and saw a pressure drop of 1/2 psi. Hooked up psi guage from degas bottle and drove with a few WOT runs and pressure never got above 10 psi. Cap pressure tested good. EGR valve is bone dry. I see no evidence of coolant anywhere on top of engine but the front cover around the lpop is a little damp with oil. For some reason i can't attach an image

Im wondering if the high potassium levels are because i use archoil.

Probably.

Sodium is definately high. Both samples have been with Archoil?

When sending in reports it's good to explain everything, oil weight and brand, make up oil and any oil additives.

I think that's very possible. Unless you can find a chemical analysis or MSDS somewhere I'd send a virgin sample of Archoil with your next UOA to see. It's very unusual to see coolant in oil on a 6.0, but I'm sure it's possible.
