Just got back from Autozone. No codes.

To re-cap. If I warm the truck up for 10-15 min prior to driving, it runs fine. If I don't allow it to warm up first, she runs rough until it does warm up.

Brand new batteries.
FICM voltage at specs.
Recent oil and filter change.
No codes.

Whats next? Am I still looking at a stiction problem?

Edit: Drove the truck this afternoon and noticed blue smoke coming out of the tailpipe for a few seconds. Hadn't seen this before.

Sounds like injector stiction.

Do yourself a favor, get a monitor solution. This will save you time and money with diagnosing and preventing future issues.

Monitor solution? Are you talking about a Scangauge or some such thing? If so, I've been considering getting one.

you'll need to look for a monitor that will do a power balance. i bought the autoenginuity with ford bundle but i'm sure there are other ones out there.

Don't just consider it, do it. Makes troubleshoot 6.0 issues a lot easier. You have several options.

ScangaugeII, Edge Insight CS/CTS, DashBoss for iOS (iPad/Itouch/iPhone), and Torque app for android. Autoenginuity is nice, lets you do bi-directional commands better diagnosis. There is a current thread talking about FORscan, looks to be promising and light on the wallet.
