Hey everyone. To make it short and sweet.......can I use a 90cc pump in my current truck (see sig) ? I may have a lead on a complete, used ATS turbo for my truck (not sure of the year of the kit) and I'm wanting to go ahead and replace the pump, injectors, and get it all timed before or when I install the turbo.
Being I'm only adding a turbo and gauges (no intercooler, head studs, etc.), would a 90cc give me any more gains over a stock rebuilt unit or will it just be overkill and end up hurting me? Will a 90cc kill my amazing 13 mpg economy? The truck is a daily driver. I'm not looking to impress the bro in the lifted $60K Cummins, I'm just wanting to maintain speed in an unloaded truck when climbing grades without Vespas passing me (yes, a scooter passed me over a hill while my foot was buried in the carpet ). However, if I'm going to replace the ip, I'd like to get the best I can for my application.
