2001 f350 dually now 4x4

I have a 2001 f350 dually that was originally a 4x2 but now i put a 4x4 front axle. I bought a three inch front leveling kit for dually 4x4. I also want to lift the back so it isn't so low. Any body have any Ideas on what size rear block I should put?

I want to say the stock block on a 4x2 F-350 is a 2 inch block, but not sure if that applies to a DRW truck.

install the front lift and 4x4 axle set it on the ground and then measure to see how you want the rake to be. If its level after the front install go about two inches higher in the rear, so if you have a stock two inch rear block go to a four inch block
