Your 150 is an Extendacab ?
Your 250 is a Regular cab ?

Look under the cabs and you will
See the frame and you will see where
the cabs set that the frame dips down
and is longer on the extendacab than
the regular cab.

You would need to fab a new rear mount
For the extendacab and posibly raise the
Front cab mounts up and then raise the mounts
for the fenders , front end up !

I've never done a body swap on a pickup, but I've done a couple of body-off-frame rebuilds (1929 Model A and '75 Jeep CJ5) as well as a rebuild on a '71 Bronco that took everything out of the body but left it on the frame. I can tell you that removing a body and reinstalling it on the same frame is a big job. It isn't too technically challenging, but there are a million details and it takes way longer than I thought it would.

Then if CJ06 and I are understanding you correctly you are complicating it more by trying to put a SuperCab longbox on a standard cab longbox frame. As CJ06 said, mounting the longer cab on a frame not designed for it will give you challenges. And once you get the cab mounted you won't have room for your bed behind it.

A better bet (and maybe you were already thinking this) would be to find a solid standard cab longbox body on a beat chassis for your swap. That would probably be a lot more manageable, but as I noted above, don't expect to be driving the truck for quite a while.
