gear ratios

hi everyone, i have a 79 f250 4x4, its got a 351w i havent decided on a transmission yet but ive got it down to the c6 and the 5speed overdrive, i want to run 38in superswampers, but i still want lots of proformance, what gear ratios would i want to run to make this setup go like hell

Probably 4.56's. 4.10's would be the highest acceptable ratio if you want it to really go but some including myself prefer to be on the high side for more tire speed.
