Manual tranny to 94 BB 351w

Please tell me, fits manual transmission from 82 BB 300 V6 to 94 BB 351W Eddie Bauer?

300s and 351ws have the same bell pattern. Clutch & flywheel may differ, and of course, the throw out bearing has to match up as well.
