2001 5.4 Starting Issue

Hey there, haven't been on this forum for a while but i'm happy to be back in a Ford! Picked up a 2001 F-150 SuperCrew 5.4L 4x4 2 days ago and i'm stoked. Got an AWESOME deal and it's super clean. Second owner but original owner was his brother, high miles at 170k but well taken care of and in perfect condition, all receipts, doesn't leak a drop. Needs a couple little things.

He said the battery was going dead, no biggie and sounded like it was. Tried starting it warm and it turned over and then sounded like it was going to die (like when you have a dead battery right before it starts clicking) but then came back to life and fired up. But I started it twice today, both cold and it sounded normal, maybe a tad weak but nothing near as bad as it sounded warm. Does this sound like a battery, starter or cables? What are the common problems?

Next is the door lock issue. He said he's had problems with all door locks sticking, but they've all been fine so far except the driver rear. Should I try the aluminum foil thing? Or is there another fix out there now?

He says it's lifted a little bit and it looks taller than most stock trucks but everything is factory underneath. Has 265/70/16's, street tires, and they're not doing it for me. Brand new but i'm going to pull them off and sell them to my buddy for his 4 runner and put some 285/75/16's on. Problem? Let me know. Yes i'll lose some power and MPG, blah blah blah. They'll fit. I had em on my 2001 SCrew 2wd all stock except a little 2" spindle. And that truck looked sick!

Last but not least, if anyone is local to Southern CA and wants to buy the tonneau cover and/or running boards, let me know, they're for sale.

Within last 10,000 miles he replaced, all ball joints, tie rods, front and rear diff fluid, fuel filter, 4 bilsteins, front and rear pads and rotors, tires, alignment.

Within last 250 miles he replaced intake manifold, 8 spark plugs, 8 coils, oil change, transmission fluid exchange, and coolant flush.

How does the rear feel with the rear bilsteins, I only did my fronts, I was thinking they would be too stiff in the rear, just wondering

Kinda stiff being a torsion front end but it cruiser nice
I'm very pleased

And I finally fixed our battery tester at work and the battery tested at 12.51volts and 225 cca's
Obviously very low, new battery going in tonight/tomorrow
