Relay issue

I got home today and I here a noise coming from my 96 f250 7.3 (didn't drive it today and the key wasn't even in it) after investigating it is the #3 relay in the fuse box under the hood. I haven't been able to figure out what this relay if for or why it would be "clicking" like that. I started the truck with no problem and it ran fine. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.

The #3 relay under the hood is the for the horn, daytime running lights, and the headlight flash to pass.

#3 relay is the horn relay. Do you have a anti-theft key-less entry system, just a thought? After starting it does it still do the same thing?

No anti-theft or keyless entry and yes it still does it after starting it. I figure that ill just get a new relay and replace it. That makes sense it being the horn relay. I replaced the steering column a few week ago and haven't had a horn since.

Ok I bought a new relay and I'm still having the same issue. So I need to start looking for a short somewhere in the wiring?
