Based on the thread title I am assuming that you mean your truck will not go into 4 wheel drive.
That is what is supposed to happen, so that's a good thing.
You mean your truck does not go into 4H or 4L? Do you have a manual transfer case or an electrically operated transfer case? How have you determined that the truck is or is not in 4 wheel drive?

I have an electrical operated case. When I select it to 4h or 4l nothing happens to verify this I select 4h or 4l let someone drive an notice nothing is happening with the forward drive shaft it isn't moving.
