gears..

I have a question, will the gears from a dana 60 out of a 2002 f350 fit into my 1988 dana 60? I can get a set of 3.73s, hoping they would work in my diff.

Uhhhhm, are you fixin' on getting the rear diff gears too?

Oh yes for sure. There is a set of rears kicking around somewhere. On that note, do gears from from a 10.5 fit 10.25?

To answer your questions: YES and YES! BUT, for the 10.5 gears to fit, you have to use an inner pinion bearing for a 10.5; all other bearings are the same. The D60 gears will fit no problem.

If you are going to get install kits, just get one for a D60 and one for a 10.5 and you'll have everything you need.
