intake manafold gaskets

intake manafold gaskets
Hello
I have A 1992 F250 351. I got victor rienz gaskets for the intake. 1 side
has a bead that sticks up around all the ports.Do you know if that is the head side or manafold side? I think the other gaskets I have used use to tell you?
