Don't know, but more than the chrome shop wants you to pay to chrome a perfect bare steel bumper. If you can find a chrome shop to ask...

Ogden chrome and bumper is the place I use, have for a while they do awesome work and are great a straightening most damage. Be warned, they are more on the expensive side but worth it.
Not if you know someone that had a body shop or owned a Ford dealership. I know of a couple people I can make some calls if your interested.
These places like LMC truck bought the equipment directly from the manufacturer and refurbished it. However I'm not sure if LMC truck bought the Ford stuff.

LMC actually has two grades of bumpers. I went there last summer, to pick up a hood and a few other odds and ends for the 67. They didn't have the "Premium" bumper in stock. Looked at the lower grade bumper, it was made out of very thin metal, so I passed, and got the one from Dennis Carpenter, instead.
