Exclamation Draw-Tite vs. DuraHitch

Other than $100 any major differences between these two brands? I had a hitch dealer tell me that they are basically the same but that the DuraHitch was better because the paint was organically baked on or something like that. Am I gettin' the run around? They're asking $109 for the DuraHitch and $209 for the Draw-tite. I think these prices include installation.

Thanks, Landon

Draw-Tite vs. DuraHitch

Even $209 is a good price for a hitch including installation. I think the painting process they might be refering to is called powder coating. If both hitches are classified with the same rating, then it would come down to a choice of economics vs appearance.

Draw-Tite vs. DuraHitch

I own a Drawtite weight distributing hitch for my 28' travel trailer. I'm not sure what paint they used on my hitch, but I just had to repaint it! The hitch is 3 years old.

OBTW, I used the spray in truck liner found at Wally World... It is the spray can version and seems to be holding up.
