Hello. Lately, I have been getting some high pressurization of the cooling system in my 07 6.0. I'm pretty sure the culprit is the EGR cooler because I have moisture down in the intake. I am aware of the oil cooler issues and will replace when if do the delete.
The delima I have is that if I do the kit with the up pipe, that I loose a point of attachment where the egr cooler once went. With loosing this attachment point, I fear that the bellows will break on the pipe going to the turbo.
How can I attach this straight up pipe where the egr cooler went? Is there any solution on the market. I am sure the bellows will break on the other pipe where it goes into the turbo when I go to the landfill because it is so rough out there.
I am also considering plugging existing egr cooler so that I do not loose that point of attachement. Can I buy one alreadly welded closed by a professional shop?
