Navigation System

I have a Garmin GPS that is programed to alert me to "safety" cameras (red light cameras). Does the Ford navigation system offer similar protection?

Nope. Somebody would have to hack into the database for that. In theory it could be done.

Ford could do better

Too bad Ford's incredibly expensive navigation system doesn't have the ability to alert drivers to "safety" cameras. In addition to alerting me to the location of "safety" cameras my $99 Garmin GPS also monitors my speed and alerts me if I inadvertently exceed posted speed limits.
