Front sump found in most cars, this is a 368 "Turnpike Cruiser"

317 heads

Lincoln heads for this series engine are not the same as the truck heads. I am dealing with the same issue. send me an email and I will fill you in.

The rocker arm ratio for trucks were different. Not as much as the Lincoln passenger cars but should interchange since the engines are all about the same. I'd use both rocker assemblies so both banks of your engine match. Should get better performance since the truck engines were de-tuned a lot.
