My support wasnt cracked except just one little guy. I figured I would weld the seams all up where they crack.

....showoff.

That looks a lot better than the one I pieced together with a big piece of angle iron and a few small pieces of sheet metal! Seriously, though... you got mad skillz!

inside of the second side

THe front all welded up,the red marker is the location of the cut for 6.0 Ic tube to go through.

6.0 ic mount pass side just tacked on. I welded it after pulling rad support and did some finish work for prep for paint.thats 1" box with 1/8" on either side to provide a tight fit.

OK, I did all that this last weekend. I had crap load of other stuff including resurrecting my old crappy push mower friday night and mowing at 10pm friday night so I could get to work on my truck.

I do need some help. the 6.0 ic...upper mount.I have one of the isolators missing. I called ford and from what they could find the isolaters are only sold with the charge air cooler assy.

anybody have any laying around? or any pn that will work. ALL I lack is upper CAC mounting before paint and final assy.

I may not have done the best work but...hey I need my truck back and rre is getting closer and I still hace cac plumbing ,

Thats a good idea on making the ic mount 1-1/4 wide like that. I used the 1 box too and its a little losse but not going anywhere.
