I took my 99' stroker to the mechanic he said my oil leak was from the back of the oil pump, my question is should I buy an after market pump or an OEM?
If both of those mechanics told you that you need to replace your HPOP, they're not familiar with the 7.3 Powerstroke. I think you need to find a new mechanic.
You don't need to replace your pump, it is probably just an o-ring. If you want you can give us a call and we can walk you through it.
thanks I will. I cleaned the top of the block just behind the pump with a pressure washer, so I could seen exactly where the oil is coming from as soon as I can look at it ill give you a call who do I ask for? Thanks Ben.

I will be the one answering the phone. Just remind me about the thread.
