They physically will fit.
As for the wiring, it depends on what you have now...but it will not be a direct plug-in. You will need to do some wiring yourself depending on if you just want the power adjust, power extend, folding, heat, turn and park lights .... The more you want, the more wiring you will have to add and possibly some switches depending on what you have now.

The link I provided will have the proper plug, or the pigtail that comes with it can be used if a person has the round connector.

The only thing that would have to be wired separately would be power to the clearance/signal lights.

You will need to do some wiring yourself depending on if you just want the...power extend, folding...
He would have to go OEM for the mirrors to have those functions. I've yet to see an aftermarket setup that has those functions. OEM is usually way, way more than anyone is willing to pay, so with the aftermarket mirrors, he won't have to worry about wiring for those functions.

I don't think 99 has heated mirrors of signals. So all those wires will have to be added, am I wrong? My 99 lariat doesn't have them.

Heat...forgot about the heat part.

Yeah, I still need to wire up the lights on mine. I may or may not wire up the heat feature too.

Ummm, can you please be more specific? Electric/power what?

I just wanna make sure you aren't expecting electric/power fold or extend mirrors. They are manual fold and power mirrors.

If you live where it gets chilly in the winter, the heat is pretty nice to have. Just sayin'

I kinda wish I went the 08 route but went for the 05-07 style and wired it all up so everything works. I live in the snow and am looking forward to using the heat.

Your subject line says it all with a question ( Do These Fit)

Reminds me of the young guy with job title DIESEL FITTER

He was working in the department store at the woman's under ware section
and everytime he saw nice girl walk by he would check her out and hold up a pair of panties. He would say "THESE WILL FIT HER"
