I think you have something like this going on. I'm not sure what kind of value your ICP is showing on the TS.
The pic below is a DashBoss data log of an SRL++ file. The top of column shows the PID. ICPv, ICP psi, and ICP Calc psi. The ICP Calc PID shows what ICP psi is really reading.
A healthy HPOP should reach just over 4k psi, when maxed out and I do notice on your video that your IPR duty cycle is maxing out at 84 which should be kicking about 4K psi of HPO.
Maybe Bullit390 can help make some sense out of it since he has a much better knowledge of dashboss than I do.
Yep- what I just did, might help some more, so I went out and ran it in 1st, ran fine, hit second, a little mis, hit third and that's where I felt it the most-- maybe it's transmission that I'm feeling??!
To the TOP-- Need help guys- want to make sure I fix this and dont hurt stuff
If I understand correctly, the truck has good ICP and no stutter, or running issues when in stock tune. If that's true, I'd remove the tune and run stock so you don't hurt stuff. Apparently the truck is not in good health to run a tune yet. Check all sensor parameters while stock, there has to be something on the edge that gets exaggerated under a tune.
That's where I'm at.. stock- I just did have a thought, could this be a fuel issue?? This truck was for sale for almost 5 months, and I'm near the bottom of my first tank through it!?
Im running a Livewire TS- Ive read both that I can, and Can NOT read boost with this setup, and not sure about fuel pressure, on Friday I am ordering a Scangauge II..... Im am going to pull the rail fuel filter and see what it looks like
If it where me,I would change the oil and filter, fuel filters, add some diesel kleen. You can use your Livewire to read most of the stuff you need to know, you got to set it up with your computer from their site. It is a pain, but works once you do it
I dont- they just told me that they did all the filers, oil and coolant. I just pulled the AIR filter (that they supposedly changed) dropped it on the ground and literally left 1/4- half inch of fine dirt in a pile. So with that said, im going to go get ALL new filters and do it myself, I also have the gold collant that i might as well flush while Im at it

I never believe the salesman at the dealers cause it all that comes out of his commision, and do yourself a favor, use ford filters and rotella T6 syn 5w40 your truck wil thank you later (by the way Wal mart has it the cheapest oil and filter change prices unless you want to order on line) and go to the SCT web site so you can learn about your Livewire, you can get fuel pressure, back up cam and egt but you have to buy the adapters
