Diesel/Gas Engine Export Question
I've been trying to get a response from corporate on this, but apparently my emails disappear every time I try sending them in.
I've been trying to purchase new ambulances for our hospital. Unfortunately, I found out that starting with the 2013 models, Ford, GM, and Dodge no longer export trucks/vans to the Middle East due to fuel and engine changes back there stateside. The fuel that we use here is much "dirtier" than in the US, and the engines can no longer use it.
I've been seeing some new model cars here, lately. Granted, they are all gas powered, but originally, I was told that all engines were being restricted from sale here.
Does anyone know if the Big 3 have started exporting truck/van chassis to the Middle East again?

I would contact Ford Fleet or your local Ford Dealer to find an answer.
