overheating ?'s
I have an 85 f150 300 4x4 that runs hot. It will go all the way to the end of normal, almost to the hot on the gauge when I'm just idling, but while I'm moving it goes down a little. On the highway it does ok, stays at the middle of normal. I have flushed it and put a new thermostat in, what should I check next? Thanks for the help.

If thats the original radiator, I would take it to a shop and get it rodded out. BEWARE, the tabs that hold the plastic tanks on can get brittle over time and snap off when the shop tries to bend the tabs back. So, you might end up buying a new radiator which would cost you about 160.00.
