This is purely my own ignorance and lack of knowledge, but what in particular is suspicious about the ad? Does it advertise something that doesn't exist, a combination of two things that can't exist together, or the price is too low for what's advertised? I'm not as knowledgeable in that area and just curious.
The ad caught my attention because I've always been fond of that shade of blue, and the cab didn't look all that bad, considering.

I've always got to laugh at the 351m400 Big block. Is it a 351m or 400??? And let's not start an engine family debate, but neither of those two engines are a big block...Ford has engine families.
10 bolt D60...ok ok maybe there are 10 bolts, but '10 bolt' is typically a GM term.
And last but not least, a front 9". I know guys build front 9's...but a front 9" is gonna cost 3-4 times more than he's asking for the truck.

Yup, caught that one too. That's always frustrating; I also find it annoying when they make up terms like "400 Cleveland," "400 Windsor," etc; I found one on my local CL last week that called something a 404. It's also annoying when I see 350.
