Actually you can attach photos to your posts that are located on your computer.
In order to do so, click on the "GO ADVANCED" button which is located just below the QUICK REPLY window (the area where you type your post )
Once you click on the Go Advanced tab, it will give you more option for your post. Scroll down to the ADDITIONAL OPTIONS window and you will see a heading ATTACH FILES. Click on the MANAGE ATTACHMENTS button which will open another window.
Once on the Manage Attachment window, you can browse your computer for the file(s) that you want to upload. You can add up to 8 files per post. You will need to browse for each file separately. There is a file size limit and in the attachment window, it gives you what files can be uploaded along with the maximum size.
Once you have all of the file paths listed in the attachment manager, click the UPLOAD button. Once the files are successfully uploaded, you will see a area that states that these files have been uploaded. Then you can click CLOSE THIS WINDOW and it will return you to the REPLY TO THREAD window. Click SUBMIT REPLY and your files should appear in the post that you made.

I'm a newbie and for me, when I do: (under quick reply)>Go Advanced >Additional Options, - there is no 'Attach Files' option shown to me - but, I ain't the sharpiest knife in the drawer, so I may have done some thing wrong... thanks, '50's
