Hello guys i am doing a engine replacement in my 1990 f250. It had the 351w and it is ceased now. We bought a 1994 f250 and pulled the engine from it. Now i need to know what parts/ accessories i need to switch over from the 1990 motor to make it fully compatible with the 1990's trucks wiring.
To be certain you gonna want to strip the motor bare and put all the parts from the '90 on the '94 longblock, things like the smog plumbing and solenoids are probably different. Accessory brackets on the front of the motor may be slightly different as well but should still work if you keep the whole set together, but again if you want to be 100% certain just use the '90 parts.

Well I guess I shouldn't say "Fully" compatible, I just want it to run without any issues, it doesn't have to have all of the un-necessary accessories and components.
