What tires are on it, brand/model/size?
In my General Grabbers, I run about 50-55psi which gives me the best all around ride everyday or when towing.

I looked up a load chart for your tires. This is the minimum pressure for the load per tire.
35 . 1940
40 . 2130
45 . 2310
50 . 2535
55 . 2660
60 . 2825
65 . 3000
As you can see, at 35# you will only have 3,880# rear axle capacity, most likely quite a bit less than what you have when your trailer and truck are loaded. Match the pressure with your rear axle capacity (shown on door sticker) to be safe when towing.
