cam for speed density 4.9

Is there anything that will work? Been tossing this idea around for a while but can't find much with my research. Also don't know if any would actually make a noticeable difference.

There is nothing available that I'm aware of and even if there was it wouldn't make much difference because the stock cam isn't the big problem it the head.

Yea, just thought it might be a cheap easy upgrade. The head is bad but you can't do much with it without changing to maf or carb so I thought a simple cheap can swap might be worth doing for a little extra.

Not true, the computer can better adapt to intake and/or head porting and a free flowing exhaust than a different cam since it would most likely affect the vacuum signal more and the vacuum signal is key to the SD EFI system.

I wish I knew what I was doing on head porting. From what I understand, there's a lot of room for improvement. Of course, get it flowing much and you run out of fuel. Then the cycle starts over.
