No boost after EGR Delete

No boost after EGR Delete
I installed my MiniMaxx tuner 1/2 my exhaust (was shorted 1 pipe) and a full EGR delete kit.
It seems teh egr was a success. I installed the elbow as well as the normal block offs. I started the truck with just the downpipe on to burp the coolant.
Reving the engine, I can hear the turbo spooling up, but no boost regeresting until late. At 3500rpm it shows 4lbs on my guage as well as the H&S.
Are they using the same thing to measure? Could I have left a vacc line off or something relevant unplugged. I looked around and the only thing I see are 2 plugs that used to go into the now deleted egr.
I cant run it on the street to test it out until the rest of my exhaust comes in.
Any advice is appreciated. Where is the probe/sensor that measures the boost?

Ok got it fixed. The EGR delete kit came with a new coupling and clamps for the elbow in the kit. I figured the factory ones were better so I left the factory stuff on.
Well the factory coupling has a ridge to secure it on the int. pipe. The new elbow that eliminates the EGR is on a bit of an angle that keeps that ridge from eating properly. I crushed the ridge with the clamps.
Today I cleaned the connections there and at the motor with denatured alcohol and used hairspray as suggested for lube and reinstalled. I used the coupling and clamps that came in the kit this time.
