I guess you could try going to your local auto paint dealer, get a match for your paint and attempt to touch it up.
Make sure the scratch is cleaned of all wax and grease. Fill the scratch with your paint (this will take several layers of paint). After it has dried, sand it flat with some 1500 sandpaper, and finish up with a buffing.
The best paint brush I have found to fill scratches, is a paper match. Cut the end into a sharp point and fuzz it up a little. Never try to use one of those brushes found in your touch-up paints. It will leave a giant blob.
